Vibration
isolation of Building Services Equipment is an accepted and essential
part of every HVAC installation. With modern day design, equipment speeds
have become higher, and concern with low RPM, while theoretically correct
is of less and less importance. At the same time modern buildings utilise
lighter structures which require greater protection if noise and vibration
are to be prevented from being structurally transmitted to critical areas.
Our vibration isolation guide reflects this concept and is based closely
on the recommendations of the ASHRAE guide
